This detached out building in Hume is a high-quality addition to a Client’s property, offering a clean, modern finish and excellent functionality. The building has been fully rendered, giving it a sleek, polished appearance that blends seamlessly with a variety of property styles. Its flat roof is finished with durable rubber, providing long-lasting protection against the elements.

The outbuilding is a good size and benefits from its own electric supply, making it a flexible space suitable for many different uses. Whether used for storage, creative projects, or as a private retreat, it adds valuable, usable space to the property and has been constructed with attention to both practicality and style.

Manchester Homes completed a front double storey extension to increase overall living space and improve the property’s layout. The extension was designed to align with the original architecture, maintaining a consistent appearance across both floors. As part of the project, we were also instructed to install VELUX windows to increase natural light in the upper floor.
