Commercial Conversion – Hyde

This dilapidated building had been owned by the council for a number of years and was almost going to be knocked down, we were approached to get it up to a good working standard for a workshop. There was no water, gas or electric supplied so all this had to be taken care of by ourselves. We then made the roof structure safe and repaired any perished bricks where required. We finished the unit by adding a kitchen, bathroom and floor finishing
